Why use the Opinion Scale Field field in Oformo?
When a yes/no or star rating is too coarse, an opinion scale gives respondents more granularity. Configure the scale range and label each end to provide context. Perfect for measuring intensity of opinion, satisfaction level, or likelihood to recommend.
Configurable Range
Set the minimum and maximum values of the scale (e.g. 0–10 or 1–5). Label each end to give the numbers meaning.
Labeled Endpoints
Add custom labels to the minimum and maximum ends (e.g. "Not at all likely" / "Extremely likely") to provide context for each number.
NPS & CSAT Surveys
