Refund Policy

Overview
We want paid Oformo plans to feel low-risk to try. If you are not satisfied with a subscription purchase, you may request a refund under the terms below. This policy applies to recurring paid subscriptions purchased directly from Oformo or through our authorized billing provider.
Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of an initial purchase or automatic renewal for an eligible paid plan. This applies to Pro, Business, and Max subscriptions and covers both monthly and annual billing cycles unless a specific offer states otherwise.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email contact@oformo.com from your account email address, or include the email associated with the subscription, along with the purchase date and reason for the request. We may ask for limited additional information needed to verify the charge and prevent fraud. We aim to review and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Timeframe
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. We typically initiate approved refunds within 10 business days, but the time it takes for funds to appear may depend on your bank, card network, or payment provider.
Exceptions
Refunds are generally not available after the 14-day window, for partial remaining billing periods after that window has passed, or for accounts suspended or terminated because of fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or violations of our Terms of Service. We may also deny repeated refund requests that suggest misuse of this policy. Non-refundable taxes or payment processing fees charged by third parties may be excluded where required by law or by the payment provider.
Downgrading
You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals or reduce costs instead of requesting a refund. Unless we say otherwise at the time of cancellation, plan changes take effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and your existing paid features remain available until then.
