Acceptance of Terms

By using Oformo, creating an account, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Oformo for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Oformo is an online form builder and data collection service that lets you create forms, collect submissions, and review or share results. We may improve, change, or remove features from time to time. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled, and you are responsible for charges, taxes, and fees related to your subscription.

User Accounts

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it was caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security measures.

User Content

You keep ownership of the forms, submissions, files, and other content you upload or collect through Oformo ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, back up, copy, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit, use, and allow us to process your User Content, and that your User Content does not infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party.

Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, and other content that form part of the Oformo service (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written permission. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you submit or distribute through your forms — including brand names, logos, images, text, patented materials, or other proprietary content — does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of any third party. If you believe that content on Oformo infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at contact@oformo.com with sufficient detail for us to investigate and respond.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Oformo to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including uploading or distributing brand names, logos, trademarks, copyrighted works, patented inventions, trade secrets, or other proprietary materials without authorization from the rights holder; (c) impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim an affiliation with any organization, misrepresent your identity, or create accounts under false pretenses; (d) collect personal data without a proper legal basis, adequate notice, or required consent; (e) send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or phishing communications; (f) distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other harmful code or software; (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other user accounts, or any related infrastructure; (h) interfere with, disrupt, overload, or degrade the integrity or performance of the service; or (i) engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or misleading activity. We may investigate potential violations and take protective action, including suspending or terminating access, preserving evidence, notifying affected parties, or cooperating with law enforcement.

Termination

You may stop using Oformo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created legal or security risk, or used the service in a way that could harm Oformo, our users, or others. If your paid plan ends or your account is closed, access to paid features may stop immediately, and stored data may be deleted or anonymized in line with our retention practices.

Disclaimer

Oformo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, the law, or our business practices. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page, and for material changes we may also provide notice through the site or by email. Continued use of Oformo after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
